New Renault Captur E-Tech Engineered 2024 Review

I ordered a black one 2 days ago. This will be my 3rd Capture. Hopefully, by the next time I renew there will be an all-electric model. Over the years I have had 8 Renaults, 4,5,16, Modus, Secnic and now 3 Captures, which shows how old I am!!. I really loved the old days with the steering column and dashboard gear sticks. Of them all I love the Captur the best. As an F1 fan I wish their Alpine team was of the same standard as I have Ocon in my Fantasy Team 🤣😂

I have that car as a full-hybrid version since 6 month. its great and i go 50/50 between E-Motor and Fuel and about 4,7-6,4 Liter/100km. Get the panorama roof if you can avord it, great in summer. Great Video and review.

Battery size or power is a technical information of low importance. Writing the battery wattage in such visible place as on the driver's door is odd at least. It should be enough as specified in the tech manual. Drivers need more to know how many kmeters can drive the car runing on battery rather than the battery wattage.

I think they took the idea of writing it out on the car from Polestar. Agreed, it looks odd. I'd want to remove it. It's like when people leave the sticker on the front of their washing machine that they put on in the store.
