NEW RENNSPORT CONTENT - MONZA

Tracks in Rennsport look very great and awesome detailed everywhere even on parts you would normally never see. I'm exploring every corner in free camera mode ^^ Also the UE5 really shows it's muscles now too and the Beta looks and runs way better than many month ago. 😎✌

Since especially iR uses Laserscanning since 2008 the only logical explanation for different curbs here and there to me is that Monza had some construction work like every winter season and they replaced some curbs and maybe many more things after iRacing scanned Monza. It's already been 8 years since 2015 when iRacing released Monza after announcing it in 2013 :D

@@MoritzLoehner yeah I applied for that but I’m nothing but a guy with a simrig, no KZbin channel or anything to promote them so I guess they won’t send me anything and only KZbin people etc will get access like always.. Only promotion for free so companies make more money. I hope I’m wrong but I doubt it.

@@rolux4853 looking at their website they claim that 50% is first come first served and 50% is random. So, if they’re true to their word you don’t have to be a KZbinr, being a guy with a simrig should be enough :)

Nice run through of the new track, it looks like a high quality Monza. I found myself studying the force feedback into the corners.This is my biggest question for this sim, but what I can make out it seems quite good. Looking forward to the release.

It's to get the most frames possible. Even if the optimisation is the best in the world I would still turn it down. But to say the game is optimised in this state is wrong, still in an Alpha version so plenty to improve on.

Rennsport probably scanned the track in the last 6 months or so. Whereas other sims scanned it years ago and haven’t updated or redone the scans. So that’s probably why they all look and feel different to each other.

shadows and trees looks awful in this game and it's especially visible on tracks like this looks like drawing distance is set at 150 meters at best because even grass is growing in front of u I guess this is Unreal engine problem but here it is even worse than in ACC and this is on high settings

@@nocompromesso not really, it’s a 2060 laptop, I’ve only got the games running okay because I’ve had to make serious tweaks/compromises to the graphics and how my headset fov to get a balance between visuals and fps.

@@AdzzVR i started on a laptop. Make sure you raise it from the table, i had it resting on four books in each corner so it could pull in air better so it stayed cooler and had better performance. in the end i had fans blowing extra air into the laptop to keep it cool. :P

Can I play Rennsport with the graphics on your mirror? Not joking... it's the first time I see that the low res graphics of a game feels completely good quality vintage. Specially if it turns into FPS gain, I would play Rennsport with that visuals and pay for it! Yeah, my old GTX950 surelly will not handle this game in normal quality. Cheers!

The second layer of curbs was changed after acc relrased i think

Acc has weird bumps on the track surface, I don't know if it was resurfaced after releasing but especially exit from 1st chicane has a big bump on the inside where irl it's pretty smooth

Only just over 100fps with one car on the track and no triple screen support and a virtual mirror thats look like a 90s game WOW
