They are suffering with PTSD from experiencing a highly traumatic event. It's why many many kids are rebellious. I came from a home where I was beaten, and then labeled a problem child for running away. TRAUMA causes these behaviors they see as legal problems.

How interesting that they were not submitting data. Was it voluntary or mandatory?? If mandatory what are the consequences for the county?? What about the inspectors from the state?? Will the county commissioners that identified the fake charge be held accountable? Is the judge going to be held accountable or allowed to retire with full benefits?
