Recently learnt that she ran an operation which trafficked children from other states, wondering whether those neighbouring States also used similar home made laws to steal those children from their families too. Also wondering whether that could be seen as kidnap/trafficking. As well, if any of those children were made to do ANY level/kind of work, that would be child exploitation, and could it then be parlayed to slavery? This looks set to be one of those seminal reputation making cases, which moral and motivated attorney's would pray for.. More power to them.

Check into that judge's relationship to the facility (who owns facility and/or land), and what profits she makes from it (such as stocks). Follow the money.

They are suffering with PTSD from experiencing a highly traumatic event. It's why many many kids are rebellious. I came from a home where I was beaten, and then labeled a problem child for running away. TRAUMA causes these behaviors they see as legal problems.

If we would stop using poverty and the legal system for an economic purpose. The judicial system is an industry and the investment in the overall operation of our legal system makes it more imperative to keep the revenue flowing as opposed to justices.

How interesting that they were not submitting data. Was it voluntary or mandatory?? If mandatory what are the consequences for the county?? What about the inspectors from the state?? Will the county commissioners that identified the fake charge be held accountable? Is the judge going to be held accountable or allowed to retire with full benefits? Funny how they wanted consequences for others but not themselves.
