make sure turn on quest filter on below of your quest page (O), also make sure Your Trading Level is above the requirement as I mention for each quest on this quest line

wait until morning time on BDO, some NPC not available ingame night time

btw consider morning at 07:00 AM, and try to refresh your game by change character or change server to see the NPC appear again

Seems like the lifeskill flatout dies after you do the questline. I haven't heard anyone talking about how great it is.

NPC Norma Light not shown? try to change server? and make sure you didnt have other active quest that require that NPC, if you have it try to finish it first or forfeit those quest

don't know if she's just moving around for day and night but i found her a little bit away next to a building under a cloth awning. the npc finder pointed to her correct location
