That’s because the truth in this case is difficult to find out. Just because there’s a psychological predilection to lean towards conspiracy theories, it’s daft to buy into it and spread that garbage online. Could China have had something to do with a leak, accidental or deliberate? Absolutely. It’s highly unlikely though that can be proved. If anything, China owes the world because the virus did emerge there and they did little to clamp down on the spread beyond their borders. The world should come together to demand reparations or immediately boycott Chinese goods and services for a set period of time. That’s far more worthwhile than debating conspiracies and likely half truths.
