New Schindler 400A Traction Elevators at Missouri Baptist Hospital, St. Louis

[Featuring Dieselducy] This is a very new Schindler installation. It was a pleasant surprise to find something a tad more interesting than a 330-yay (sorry George!).

These are actually 400AE because in 2012, 400A has been discontinued and replaced with 400AE.

400A also chimes for the 3rd time when you press it. Trust me, I’ve been on some definite 400As (installed before 2012) that have the button chime. They didn’t originally do it, but got added in around 2014-15. Not all have been added, but I’ve been on some notables though. 6400NA is the same deal in some cases.
