New Schwinn Stingray OCC Motorized Bicycle

Here is the just finished new Orange County Chopper Schwinn Stingray. The bike was rare to find new since they stopped making them a number of years ago. I installed a Raw 80/66cc 2 stroke engine kit on it with a custom offset motor mount and custom exhaust w/baffle. I built it to sell so it won't be started and wont have any gas in it. It will be on ebay for your bidding pleasure.

@TheAdde318 go on ebay and search schwinn occ motor mount and buy that and then look at that guys other listings and get his custom occ exhaust and you need to mod the rear brakes and drill into the main tube and put brackets for the tank to mount and it should all be cake after that. expect a good 8-10 hours of build time.

depends on state law ... throw an 1100cc harley engine on a bike (if you've got the skills to do so!) AZ law 28-02516 says must be under 49cc to operate without tags & insurance, but each of the 50 may be different.

Predator 212 would be best .moped wheel on front turn signals and tail light. You can put super cub engine on them to ..the two strokes break all the time.

I've built many bikes and they have all been fairly reliable (2 stroke kits are hit or miss) The 2 strokes require more tuning. I personally have a grubee gt2 heavy duty bicycle with a Honda 50cc 4 stroke engine kit. I invested around $1200 to have a extremely reliable bicycle. If you are wanting out of the box ready to run no tuning required you need a 4 stroke engine kit. You can build a 2 stroke bicycle for $300 + time vs a 4 stroke bicycle for $900 + more time.

Great looking chopper. I have the same bike and doing the same thing with an 80cc kit. The only question is how did you offset the left pedal. I want to keep the pedals on it and not butcher the pedal. Thanks

You don't offset either pedal...the chopper frame requires an offset engine mounting plate that sandwiches the bottom bar..the plate can adjust a little to the left or right..slide the plate to the right just enough to clear the pedal crank..
