I've noticed when you have multiple big goals in one season in pro cyclist mode, your tiredness can get really annoying/high. In my experience putting a rest week in the penultimate 'green week' before each goal, combined with 1 or 2 'form boosters' in the weekly scheme gets you at a well rested 100% fitness for each goal.
