I was at school with Kathy Ann Rae and saw her blossom from singing hymns in the schools assembly and at the schools Christmas shows before going on to sing with the New Seekers. I just read today that she died back in January 2011of cancer, such sad sad news. She was known at school as Ann Kelly, Kathy Ann Rae was her adopted stage name.. RIP

I had never heard this song until recently when i was surfing The New Seekers Site. I can't stop singing it. I wish I had seen the New seekers perform when they were in the states. What a refreshing sound they had and they are so fantastic to look at!

Loved this group so much - met the original line up years ago in Scarborough of all places - kissed Eve, Lyn & Marty (boy I was so in love with Marty) Here we have Paul, Marty, Eve, Kathy Anne Rae and Danny Boyle - great track

The 'Danny' is Danny Phinn who I think, married Eve Graham... he, I believe has also passed away

This song is a perfect anthem for those servicemen and women returning home to their families and friends at parties and the like. Sad to read that Kathy Ann Rae died this year at just 53.

I was so glad then that they got back together, Eve strong as ever, with a great comeback album (Together again), but unfortunately it didn't last long. Eve & Danny left after 78 and the music really wasn't as good as before. The last album Anthem was very weak, except for the 2 single hits and Eve's only solo on that one. But her comeback album The Mountains welcome me home from 2005 is really great and worth buying, it even contains some New Seekers songs
