Omgosh I wish we had those acrylic pumpkins at my dollar tree! My son would adore them. But alas we don't at either of our dollar trees.

Love love these. My kiddos absolutely love them as well! My 2nd grader has class party’s that I volunteer for and I’m supposed to supply a game. I’m totally thinking of doing sensory bins and hide sight words or words to help build a story. Something like that. If you could do a video on class party but to help keep it into learning while play that would be amazing! I need some more ideas! Also I volunteered for my pre schoolers class party’s. Thank you for this great video!

I agree with everything you said about creating fun sensory bins. I always start with a base too.
@ThePurpleAlphabet3 жыл бұрын
I try to do that, every now and then I have something else that I want to start with, but I think the base is the easiest.

@@ThePurpleAlphabet I agree having a base makes creating sensory bins easier.

Love the new sensory bin ideas. I just picked up some of the tubing today with my toddler in her favorite color. Have you tried the Chuckle and Roar company that showed up at my Target recently? Their products, at first glance, seem to be multi- educational and reasonably priced. I saw an alphabet sensory bin with Montessori- style sand tracing on top and a fishing game similar to Learning Resources, but at a lower price. I would be interested to see if anyone's tried them and what they think.

Instead of the mad matter you can get nat geo kinetic sand in bulk pretty cheap. Don't know price range of mad matter so idk if its cheaper but its another option.
@crystaljordan73183 жыл бұрын
Would you say Mad Matter is similar to a cloud dough?
@ThePurpleAlphabet3 жыл бұрын
Maybe a cross between that and kinetic sand? It stays more solid than the sand, but also feels like the sand when it breaks apart.

@@ThePurpleAlphabet interesting. We haven't had either. Just curious. We recently made our own playdoh. That was a huge hit. It is much softer than store bought. It gums up the play doh presses. So we just use cookie cutters, knives, scissors, and rollers. I have cloud dough on my list of things to make.
