If there's one thing I can say as a creator, it's that people will happily watch a video with bad quality footage, but one thing they won't stand is bad quality audio. Those mics will be the best investment you'll make this year for the channel

@@Mr_A_Builders You're good, dude, no worries. I take weeks to reply sometimes, lol. Yeah, I've had out of focus footage, poor quality video, etc, and people are generally fine, but the moment my audio screws up on a livestream or something, people start going nuts lol. Honestly, though, your videos are great, and you're progressing nicely. As you probably know from previous comments and stuff, I've been watching since you had a couple thousand subs, and it's nice to see a local guy doing so well. Just keep doing what you're doing, and you'll do just fine 🙂

Great to have you all back mate. Videos have always been really good, not had much problem on audio but no harm in investing in good kit. Keep em comin lads. Awesome stuff as always
I've done basements and large scale swimming pools and best way to keep water out of a basement from externally is blackjack the wall externally, and then fix the dry zone egg shell sheeting, then rubber roof membrane to the outside. Basically the dry zone egg shell sheeting is used for water to run down if the rubber roof membrane fails it runs straight down and into the land drain and the black jack as a backup option, But I suppose blackjack then the rubber roof membrane would do the job once it's backfilled just don't forget to back fill with stone and not soil!! Also put a internal land drain below the floor with a sump pump as a secondary precaution it's not worth the risk of coming back to start digging everything up again hope this helps it may save all the mess on with fibreglass if you use the rubber system pluss it's mor flexible and not brital

A really good waterproofing membrane material is Epoxy coal tar two part mix. It will bond to anything and us very strong.
9 ай бұрын
The tanking on the inside is due to hydrostatic pressure which you can't stop. i.e. Let the water/damp through and run around the internal membrane. Had a similar issue with an existing basement. I think these were developed following previous massive nationwide flooding we have been getting used to. Nice project.
