Jeremy, thanks for the videos. They are top notch. The second video is great. I needed this three weeks ago when I had a weak drop. I fixed my drop by imagining I was wielding a lasso and now that I have a good drop I’m working on a great drop. Trying to get better flexibility in my arm. But you are correct, the drop is the no. 1 power killer and most players don’t even realize it’s killing their serve.

I am helping friends out in their tennis lessons and would like to know how to advise someone to stop snapping their wrist on contact on their groundstrokes and in general play, the ball tends to fly off to different parts of the court and they cannot control the ball. I'm worried that this habit will prevent them from advancing their game and I don't know how to advise them best.
