Management fee is not the only fee. Taxes also play essential role.

I have been with Simplicity Growth Fund since the inception of my Kiwisaver because of their low managing cost. My friend who is now negotiating to buy her first home, told me that it is a pain in the a** trying to contact Simplicity for withdrawal. It took them few days to get back to her with irrelevant answer and she has to email them again and again. Tried their call back request but to no avail. Just wondering if there is anyone else here with Simplicity and how is your customer service experience with them? If it has always been slow then I am considering going to other providers so I will have less stress dealing with it when in needs.

Hey our expperience was the opposite it was easy and fast to withdraw our kiwisaver for our first home this was 4 years ago though

Also had a very easy kiwisaver withdrawl from simplicity. Great customer service when it's come to withdrawing or making changes with investment funds.
