@John Martinez flip kick is great, but she's also super fast, has good aerials and normals and a small hurtbox. She can camp super well or pressure super hard. Pretty much her only weakness is her light weight and being kinda tall. Flip kick is good, but it's not anywhere close to good enough to make a character by itself.

Flip Jump is absolutely busted, incredible slippery movement, amazing Neutral that often leads into Kill Confirms, some insane combos, and one of the best recoveries in the game. Many Japanese players think she's the best in the game over other characters like Palutena, Joker or even Pikachu

I really like Marss. I think he is one of the best players, he is so fun to watch, and his content has been really good this year and a lot of last year. I do not dislike him at all. That being said, How is it possible to place Marth as the 11th or 12th worst character in the game? I honestly do not understand it. Characteristics-wise, he and Lucina are the same, but marth does less with sours, and more with sweets. Even if Marth is not as good, he is not bottom 15. Not a chance.

Thank you Somebody Finally Tells the truth about toon link, Yes he's an easy character too play, BUT he's easily able too be counter played, he doesn't have good Shield damage, making shielding basically broken against him. His assumingly "good" Kill throw doesn't put anyone away until 160-180(Character weight/DI dependent) The multi-hits on his aerial Up B is still really trash and he's one of those characters who suffer from ledge mainly the whole "It's a 50/50 if your character grabs ledge with up special." Which makes it if he doesn't grab ledge, he's dead... He can't make it back. One good tilt or smash attack at ledge and he's done. #BuffToonlink

I really don’t understand why top players compare jr to sonic. Kart dash has so so so so so much more counterplay than spin dash, if you think they’re going to try to hit you just short hop aerial or roll behind, if you think he’s gonna jump out to stuff that aerial with fair, then just shield since all his aerials are unsafe. That and his projectiles being so so slow prove how bad jrs neutral is and no one really abuses that

As a puff main I'm not gonna complain, better than smash 4. Might not be the most accurate placement. She prob more like low-mid and if we count potential prob mid. Her movement can be really flashy but in moments where you have to make quick decisions they're hard to apply. She's the epidemie of looking back at your matches and knowing your mistakes but not being able to fix them. Bassmage and Ultimate Gin are examples of what puff can do on a human level. Looks cool, can be useful but just can't be applied always

it’s not that mewtwo has bad air speed, but he just has pretty mediocre air acceleration. m2’s max air speed is the 3rd fastest in the game, which is part of what gives him a really good recovery. i think air acceleration is a really important aspect that a lot of people don’t bring up. it’s why palu feels so quick in the air despite having pretty bad air speed

You already said you like MK Yeah he has good mobility and his multiple jumps make edgeguarding and ladders really strong, but they are inconsistent and really hard to set up for to be true. Neutral is also meh, most of it is just focused on stage control to get the opponent offstage or to combo them. Both of which are hard with his tiny toothpick hitboxes. Yeah his framedata also sucks a ton for his weight.

Theoretically Lucario COULD decimate someone more then the next mid tier could. I get he is killed often before then but because the almost have to jump to avoid broken side B at that percent or shield neutral B, that makes them predictable enough to make up for his bad Ariel range. So personally, think he is one of the only “set play” characters in the game and need to be played that way even if the odds only guarantees he destroys top tiers sometimes but mostly loses all the time, it’s guaranteed .

Marth is at worst 10 places below Lucina imo tipper ftilt and nair are pretty easy to land and kill around 90 upB kills at 95 at ledge he has potentially the best tech chasing in the game if you read roll away you can get tipper fsmash for a kill at 40 or ftilt at 90 and literally everything sets up into tech chasing besides like up b up air and up tilt. Ledge trapping and edge guarding is as good if not better than Lucina. Take a deeper look at the character trust me

wait, puff, bottom 4? lets judge puff by marss criteria, dmg output: actually really high, most combos or strings will net you about 50%+ if you're aware of what moves can work at which times. Dair combos into another aerial at almost any percent, and puff has at least 3 "kill" moves and free platform techchases with sing, as well as multiple moves that can set up tech chases. Rest is also a thing. mobility: puff is slow on the ground, thats a fact, but you can midigate this with puffs chaine landing and by puffs amazing air speed, the really bad part about puff is its hard to cover vertically sometimes. recovery: uhhhh, do people think puffs recovery is bad? cuz 5 jumps is a lot for a character with this much horizontal mobility, rising pound actually pushes you up and pound stalls your recovery, and one of the best air dodges IDK if this part of puff was just ignored or looked over when he was referring to all the bottom tiers but really? advantage state: puff can keep you off stage for a decade, puff can also ledgetrap alright with run up nair drift back. disadvantage state: puff is a floaty which doesnt mean as much in this game as it did in prior games but its still something to point out. Rest is also a frame 2 combo breaker if your opponent doesnt have a disjoint.

The only opinion I disagree with is Lucas, that little boy can scrap. He's not that great in air-to-air like Ness, but if he gets a combo going, it's worse Chrom in relation you how he just moves you from one side of the stage to the other with no chance to respond. And he has Up-Smash, that hitbox is loony, and it has Super Armor like a Mac Smash. I think the worse PK boi belongs at the top of mid or the bottom of mid-high/"not quite busted"

He’s got a good combo game, good shield pressure, he’s small, he can absorb and reflect projectiles, he has a projectile and a z-air that can be used to zone people out, he has a good recovery and he can edgeguard. But he’s slow, doesn’t have that much range, can’t juggle, can’t land, his oos is really bad, combos are really difficult to land, can’t get off the ledge, he easily gets camped out, he doesn’t have a combo breaker, it’s hard to get the kill if you can’t land a f-air, f-tilt or a grab and some moves don’t even work, are really weak and can’t combo (up-tilt kills at like 150% and it combos at specific %) or have hitboxes that don’t even make sense (why do we even have two sour-spots on b-air?). If they made his d-air, jab and pkt2 consistent, gave him more ground speed, gave his n-air a bigger hitbox and gave him intangibility on his head when doing an up-air then that would fix most of his problems.
