I played the new Civil War twice so far, once as the Carlists (war ended in late December 1939) and once as the Falange (war ended in March 1938). If you want to win the Civil war quickly, it's helpful to gain at least partial control of the garrison of Catalonia before the war breaks out. If the Nationalists control Barcelona, the Anarchist will rise up in Madrid or Sevilla and the Republicans have to fight a two front war.

I saw the thumbnail where Portugal had been annexed and I came ready to dislike it, so I skipped forward and saw that you didn't attack Portugal. I watched the video, found it enjoyable, and gave it a like. And by the way, armoured cars aren't a substitute for motorised divisions. They're shittier tanks. Motorised divisions add organisation, armoured cars take organisation away. They're useful for reconnaissance, though - and maybe for resistance suppression divisions.
