Hi Molly! I liked the first styling of the console table. The height of the vase looked well with the picture and the lamp and it all balanced out well.The wooden long bowl in the center was low enough not to interfere with the picture and had a similar coloring of the picture. I liked the simplicity of the three candles on the bottom which also paired well with the picture. I had the same issues with my mantel and yesterday when I had time to really think about it, I got it the way I wanted. it. And this morning, I was able to finally get the top of my cabinets the way I liked it. For me, I need to have the time or forget it! Otherwise, I'm tweaking constantly! I also liked the styling of the coffee table. I can't seem to get that particular black planter .... it is always reading sold out. The joys of decorating, I guess!😀

I think I am going to change it back to the first way I styled it! That black planter is so popular! I would check your local stores to see if they have it. That’s where I found mine!

Regarding your console table styling, I liked the first one the best. I liked elevating the lamp on the books, placing the long bowl in the center and the large vase on the end. It worked for me. I also liked just leaving the garland on the mantel. I like its simplicity. Overall, well done. I think your furry kids are enjoying it as well.

We leave our main remote out at all times 😊 it’s just our other remotes we leave in there. It’s not too inconvenient for us.
