Your page turned out beautifully! I love the colours in that paper pack. I sometimes find it difficult to use my bright patterned papers so this video was a great help. Thanks for sharing

I realize I am a year later. But for purging you can Dana K White's neat question. Ask: NO, OLD WORDING which ones don't i like anymore? YES, use EXACT WORDS from Dana: Which one(s) is/are my LEAST FAVORITE(S). removes guilt and resistance. Better to ask of each set. Often you don't dislike or hate any. But choose FIRST the ones to KEEP that are your MOST FAVORITES. After the first question Do i want to REplace the LEAST FAVORITE with my new set? [Don't think this is the right wording.] Maybe you have 2 tags in your app: Most favorite LEAST favorite. Ready for when you add more. as a non-crafter, maybe you only want to keep 1 or 2 of the items in a set. Do that. [Check out the craftroom declutter 2025 collaboration with Dana K White and crafter cara... Dana discussed this in one of these videos.]

Oh I love this! Thank you for sharing how you start your pages, I always struggle with where to start. Using the white strip of paper down the middle really breaks up bright paper and brings the focus on your adorable photos.

I absolutely adore this layout! The junk/travel journal style is perfect and the colors and you used work so well! Love that you could get lots of photos and lots of journaling without it looking cluttered. SO GOOD!

Your daughter is adorable and looks so excited to be going on a plane. I remember my first time on one at a similar age. So much fun! I love everything about this layout! Especially the frames and the journaling spread across the pages. It's inspiring me to re-scrap a layout which I'm not happy with, which also has a large story on the pages and quite a few photos of me and my friends in the 70's. at our favourite place. ( The local Ice Skating rink.) Thanks for sharing! 🙂

Thanks for sharing your craft room with us. I love seeing how other people organize crafting supplies. I am working on mine. I have a ton of things and more to put in it. I have to wait while I heal from two back surgeries in two weeks. Going to get one of my kids to come and help me.

I have a lot of travel photos waiting to be scrapped and haven’t been sure where to start but this video really inspired me. You should definitely give it a try! Feel free to copy my layout exactly and that'll give you a feel for this style. It's very forgiving, there are several ways this layout could've gone. Most importantly, record your stories and have FUN!

This is soooo good Chelsey. I love the little collages of moments on the flights to Hawaii - traveller's notebook style. It looks fabulous. Love that you have a lot to say about this part of your vacation. All those little details, recorded forever.

It’s always fun to look back at those little details and I know sooner or later I'll forget them. I'm really happy with this style and I'll probably use it again in the future when I have big stories to tell.

I created two text boxes that fit the area where my journaling was going. Then I just put the boxes together so it looks like they were one but it leaves room for my photos.
