I remember those engines worked great on Onan Generators we had where I worked at Pacific Gas and Electric up in the Hydro division. Those were great remote Generators.

The twin cylinders engine sounds pretty good with straight pipes. Almost like a Volkswagen doodle bug💪👍

That is a problem with the Onan engine. That out put shaft is big and Finding a clutch to bolt on to the flywheel is not likely. I hope you can eventually come up with something that will work. Looking forward to seeing the Goofy Kart running and going down the road again. Thats a good friend that replaced that inner tube for you I bet it wasn't fun! lol

Actually, I just took out the half link and now will have to reposition the idler. I tried just moving the idler without removing the half link, but it was too close to touching in the middle. Thanks Vernon
