Hi this is scooter Steve I have the super box elite ultra it used to have 18 applicants they took it all down now the only thing you got if you buy the box brand new which mine was new and now they're showing is for applications only when you go into the app store they keep saying down for maintenance it's already been a week but you just got done advertising it saying it's all how to use it but I know how to use the box but it's still the app should come up if you're paying the price for the box it should come up usually when they're down for maintenance it only takes 3 days to come back up but I'm getting a lot of complaints it's not working can you please let me know the honest opinion when the box is going to be coming back up I am watching your video right now and I don't see anybody showing when it's coming back up and you're not even advertising it about it's down for maintenance she just keeps showing it and you keep saying everything is working great on itplease let me know your honest opinion when the box is really going to be working or please make another video on your site I already made a couple videos on my site I took down 65 videos about the box superbox elite ultra because it's not working so please show a video a newer video try your box today and see what happens because a lot of people are buying them and getting very upset at superbox they're going to lose a lot of customers that way then you're going to lose customers if you're selling them I don't sell them I just advertise for them this is scooter Steve please let me know

Hi Scootersteve, I've already address this in my recent podcast stream here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/hF7VeqGngcqllbs I haven't received anything officially from superbox however I did receive news from someone reviews the products that it's all related to the crowdstrike outage. I'm in the same boat as you I'm not a authorized reseller or a distributer for the company. My videos are made and reviewed based on the time I received the product and I simply move on. However I did address your previous comments and others on my recent livestream so be sure to check that out before commenting again thank you.

Hi this is scooter Steve I advertise the superbox elite ultra to just want to let you know they took away some of the applications and I tried to contact them they said it's down for maintenance it does not have the the elite ABS anymore it only has four applications in it used to work but I set it back to the factory reset and tried it other people bought the boxes from different Sellers and their contacting me and telling me the same thing I'm saying it's not working anymore it only has four applications in it it should have more than that that's why you buy the super box elite ultra there's no more elite ABS in it at all please let me know what's going on cuz I'm getting a lot of people contacting me that's why I'm contacting you because you're going to have some people complaining about the box that they bought this is scooter Steve from KZbin😢

Thanks for the alert, no one has contacted me personally regarding it. Nor have the seller that hooked me up for this review. If the applications are down for maintenance that's understandable for the time being.

If you live in the united states you do not need a vpn for this device. And for vpn in general I'll recommend to do your own research honestly don't use them as much anymore.

How can I get my Netflix added into Box and have it up and running? Does anybody know?

Just curious why would you purchase this device just to watch Netflix or use as a back up? Get like a Walmart on device and call it a day. It's a google certified and will support all of netflix features on those type of devices. You get a superbox to watch the service applications that they provide that do have more content than Netflix.
