Rory glad to always see bring your A game. And of course the team behind the scenes making the magic happen. People who are writing mean comments come on, they can't control the weather, and even million dollar budget movies sometimes have permits for short time to film and more shoots next day and so on and can't just reschedule the same way you can reschedule your Dr's appointment. Be respectful to these people who did their best to salvage a bad day and still made you content. They also have to meet the manufacturer commitment and return the car they borrowed. Have some heart and empathy people.

I highly doubt Quattro is a better AWD than an electric car that has 2 electric motors(front and back) that can send power/torque more precisely. The problem, in this case, was the ground clearance of the car, and also the tires. Pirelli winter tires are not the best

The Cross Turismo is by far the best car I’ve owned. 10k miles in and it’s still massively satisfying to live with and operate. I’ve taken it off-road in gravel mode, but this car is at home in corners and on pavement. The body cladding on the cross turismo is an added bonus in my mind over the sport turismo. The CT looks more sporty imo as well. If the 5 door wagon is this good, I’m on the edge of my seat to see what Porsche comes up with in the pure sports car arena. Perhaps I shouldn’t be though. I have no want for past 911’s or the like.

Rory, it's great to watch you constantly bring your A game. And, of course, the people who work behind the scenes to make it all happen. People who make derogatory comments should realize that they have no control over the weather, and even multimillion-dollar films often require licenses for limited periods of time to film and more shoots the next day and so on, which they cannot simply cancel like a doctor's appointment. Respect the folks that tried their hardest to make you happy despite the fact that they were having a poor day. They must also adhere to the manufacturer's terms and return the vehicle they borrowed. People, show some compassion and sensitivity.

Great video and I loved the style of it, but please bring snowchains with you every time you go driving in snowy mountains. You never know when you need them. And if i am not mistaken the crosstourismo is only higher, when you buy the extra "offroad" pack or put it into its high settings.

I'm sure it will still be an amazing car in 10 years time, but I guess the value will depend on what new revolutionary break-throughs will happen in the mean time, in EV world. In 10 years time it might be coming up for a new battery pack - which will no doubt be tens of thousands of pounds. Look up the early Teslas now needing new packs - £20k, while tge car is worth 18. Not sure how the fuel savings stack up - ten years of diesel/petrol vs charging the battery but even if that pans out it is only the original owner that benefits from those savings, not a second hand buyer that needs to pay for a new pack 6 months aftef buying.

To be fair i do not search for the videos of cars being stuck but it was a pleasant surprise to see a bit of the SOS system in action. Idea: Since all modern cars have the SOS and now you experienced it do a video on it, I think it's an rare option to use but when you do it would be nice to know more about it and have proper expectations.

I was an owner of the 1st-gen Macan (turbo) back in 2014 and do aim to one day own the Cayenne turbo GT or Taycan Cross/Sport Turismo. I currently drive the bimmer X5. Huge difference. Will definitely head back to Porsche territory.
