How are the alarms within the app for the signals? I do a lot overnight and need something will actually go off and wake me up etc

The alert on the device itself is pretty loud. As far as the app is concerned, I guess it would have to depend on the volume level and the type of alert you use. It should wake you up if you crank your volume up all the way on your phone.
