When theres an arrow at the minion it means it is a triple for your teammate if you pass it

No. Tarec only permanently keeps your in combat buffs.

Enchantments, it can also keep debuffs if they are in combat enchantments. But the bramble witch is not an enchant.

This just feels like every other two player board game I've played, where it defaults to one person being the de facto leader and the other person asking 'Should I x? Should I y?' This isn't saying anything about the people playing here, it's just what happens in these kind of games. Not for me sadly, if all the content creators get obsessed with duos I guess I'll just have one less thing to watch on KZbin.
