This is why Elementals are broken! | Hearthstone Battlegrounds

Recycling Wraith and Tavern Tempest are 2 great Elementals of economy. If you add the new dragon, Draconic Deathscale, you're in a great position to keep on rolling for a very low amount of gold and find the best cards. However, this is not a game to just show the comp but to show how late you can transition into it after selling your biggest minions and taking max damage.

For me the game is bit to fast I think turn 7 there's so many 30/30 minions or 20/20 with divine shield and windfury. that my weak pirates or Nagas with spellcraft can't kill. So I usually stay at tier 4 and just buff my minions. Timecap'n Hooktail my favourite guy to play. Just keep playing little spells, refreshing and more spells.

Omg he's really at different level . the 14:50 play was proof , sold the greymane champion to extend the turn and kept buffing the board . As for me i might stop at the point

New battleground player, watching your gameplay makes me aware of the gap between the best and a beginner. As a beginner my biggest weakness is not knowing the cards I need for my combos. Your cheat sheet helps with that. Love your work and dedication. If you apply the same dedication you have for Heartstone, to other areas in your life, you can have anything you want. This is the first meta where I've felt that I'm at a serious disadvantage by playing on mobile. If everyone played APM, mobile just can't compete

@@matthewwells9366 overall, maybe, but not in terms of being able to find viable non apm builds. Yesterday I got a free golden brann from Bigglesworth, immediately got two Kalys and built a crazy dragon board, but my opponent did the se thing and had faster apm so I just couldn't compete. That rarely happened in quest meta, but it feels like it happens constantly in the battlecry meta

The decisions Jeef makes are so good. Before watching his videos I would never even attempt the kind of pivots he does, nor selling currently strong units to extend the turn for more scaling which seems really scary when you're starting out especially if you start taking big damage. Learned so much watching him.

Hey man. Im trying to play as good as you and i always come off short if i dont get like the optimal cards for a build. You seem to be able to always come on top. I guess its because ur quick and know whats best at every scenario i guess? Im struggling, but its fun :)

how powerful is your computer? I often see you have over 110 seconds to play in late games where I'm often left with only 90 seconds. That's 20 seconds of advantage you get

Not sure it’s the PC. The time that you’re given to do your turn is based off of how long the previous combat was. There is a timer that starts when the combat begins and you get what is left over once your combat is done. Maybe he has tweaked some settings to get more frames (144 hz monitor) and make animations faster but it’s likely just the types of comps he’s fighting.

I dont think your pc affects how fast your combat goes. Also if you have a combat you know will be very long, like an undead player, then you can close out of the game and come back and you don't need to watch the combat

@@allu717 unless the game bugs out when you bring it back up. happened to me a few times, 3-4 times, where every action, whether I'm buying a card, selling a card, or trying to refresh the board, and nothing responds. hasn't happened since season 7, but I'd rather not have to do that, it takes away from the game emersion

dont know bout you guys, but last season was more enjoyable. Every single game in this season is against some sort of tethys greymane, ele greymane or dragons that have strong early game and take top 4 positions just to deal 15 dmg to people on turn 7-8.

I kinda dislike that all the strong meta comps right now involve so much cycling. Last set was already focused on that, but this patch seems even more focused on elementals and Tethys cycling. I think the playstyle is actually fun, but it can get exhausting over multiple games and there is a big difference between someone like Jeef or xqn and someone with medium internet or no giga brain.

Yeah greymane alone doesn’t cut it, you need to pair it with an engine like rock rock or a generator like tethys to rlly get the most out of it.
