oh do you mean the %damage reduction compared to defences? there's nothing bugged there, damage reduction reduces your total incoming damage. it's not bugged it's intended, unless there's something i don't know of. Anathema's chains were an exception since they would have decreased by 25% the true damage recived.

As a top lane main. The changes to TP were necessary in some fashion, because so many champions would TP and still run you down like a dog in lane if they were slightly ahead, because of how much of a mess the lane is, same goes for team fights, if you were facing a nasus. You leaving to TP benefits your team, had unreasonably huge impact. And if the nasus went. Even if he doesn't die, he still ends up behind because of it, theres a lot of reasons behind the change for a lot of champions and reasons, but i feel top lane will always be the most impacted with TP/resistance items.

It stated that it worked on some champion and riot is making it consistent to work for every source of true damage before it worked only for ultimates and Camille q since her true damage is unique she transforms her damage into true damage so the damage is increased then transformed into true damage.

I think that's the main problem here , not champions that deal true dmg. Every single change they do is going one step forward and 100 backwards.

These changes make sense for riots way of thinking. Riot is always trying to make new champions stronger and old champions weaker, and thus establishing a more rigorous meta where new always wins vs old. It also makes the game less about skill and more abusing the meta. These changes work very well in that regard, since true damage is more comon in modern champions than old champions, thus increasing the balance gap. Riot is destroying the game, and their methods are cirurgical

@KOHoxton depends on your concept of old. Vel koz, Camile, new fiora, ksante, Bel Beth, smoulder, are all new for me. Only yi olaf and vayne are truly old champions with true damage in my opinion

@@Strawberry_Soda. bro, vel koz came out in like 2014. hes ult didnt have true dmg at first, but was added in like 2016... we are closing in on 9 years since that happened. thats not "new". camille also came out in 2016. "new" fiora was 2015... and yi got his true dmg in around 2013, which is very close to these other "old" chamoions u listed. so idk what u rly intend to convey here.

@Cryoptic_ That's why it all depends on your concept of new. If you started playing league yesterday, those are all old champs. If you started playing league since the open beta (like I did) those are all new champs. Now, It's no secret to anyone that the amount of true damage in the game objectively escalated in modern league, just like mobility. And I am only speaking of champions with a LOT of true damage, I'm not even talking about other new champs like yone. And this is why, riot is cleverly buffing true damage, to increase the unbalance gap between old and new
