raging blow is the way. I've been saying it for ages, most ppl disagreed with me, thanks god blizz listens. I've also being saying that auto attack speed is just stupid and only thing it does is bug out spell animations and sound effects.

im testing slayer in the alpha the proc rate for slayer strikes seems really low
