Don't make the ball weight heavy 1. It makes the spikes run out faster 2.You can fly longer and elegantly because it's light

Do the same mutator setting but disable goal reset and hit the ball straight towards goal then sit right where it would spawn and press spikes and it will spawn on u and then ur inside it

GUYS!!! I found another glitch like this one. Do the same mutators, but jump in the air when your are on the puck and then tilt the front of your car into the puck. You will be inside of it. Hope it helps:)
