I have been a war analyst for many years now and I don't understand the meaning of the word ceasefire. There is never any ceasefires. European parliamentarians in the Paris Club, the high level meetings in the Hague, and notably the OSCE used this deception to buy time while forces mobilize on the battlefield. This goes back long before the war in Yugoslavia. Can international broadcasters and the media not use some other term like " humanitarian pause" or some other term like " humanitarian relief interval" with Gaza and other conflicts that probably shall break out in the near future. Gaza is a dress rehearsal for western politicians to extend the death and destruction elsewhere to save their rotten privileges, and their rotten capitalism.
