Check out this info which will tell you everything you need to know about SDAP. These info is specifically for drivers between the ages of 18-20. Read everything so you’re well informed and understand your options. When you get down to the “information for drivers” section, tap on current SDAP approved motor carriers. These will be companies who have been approved to hire drivers between the ages of 18-20. Their contact info is also listed. In addition to those companies, I know Coca Cola and Gordon Food Service have also hired drivers between the ages of 18-20. Hope this helps. Good luck 👍🏾

I had a interview at the DC in mebane nc and pay is strictly based on years of driving. I have 2 1/2 years of experience with about 6 months food service experience and I was offered $36.06 an hour. Also they told me that even if you come in on your day off and you don’t have 40 hours yet you’ll get paid time in half as well

I worked for QCD Miami not to long ago doing CFA account, super sweet basically only stacking fries and throwing chicken on the floor inside the freezer so the employees can stack it later. but even some freezers you can just drop the whole freezer pallet inside. Cooler and dry are pallet drop aswell. I always made $1900-$2100 gross for 35-40 hours work on my route cuz its component pay but CFA Distribution gonna do hourly, not good for someone like me who likes to work fast. Extremely easy money loved it.

A buddy of mine just started at qcd. The only bad part is he works weekends until he moves up in seniority. You are right its only 5-7 hours a day depending on the route.

Chic fil A is very profitable considering they’re are closed on Sundays year over year sales have increased dramatically since 2019 which is evident by the long lines wrapped around the buildings 😂

Yep..The CEO seems like a nice guy who’s very humble. I listened to him say in an interview that aside from their Christian beliefs, another reason they’re closed on Sundays is to give the people something good to look forward to on Monday’s. He said they could easily be open 7 days a week like many of their competitors and increase their revenue but psychologically he believes it makes more people want to eat at their restaurants even more on Monday’s due to being closed on Sunday’s .

Florida has terrible pay. In addition to that, majority of companies down here want you to have 2 to 3 years experience. Nothing for the new drivers down here at the moment.

To reply to your comment at the end @imanthonytv. I had a phone interview with a recruiter for the job in Bedford heights ohio ( Cleveland) she said it starts at $39.00 hr. I found out there is 3 tiers of pay she said...1-5 years experience is 39.00hr. 5-10 is more (she couldn't say) and 11-15 years is the highest (also couldn't tell me), but it's $1,500-$2,000 for 40 hours guaranteed, pay based on experience.
