I can see plastics has choked the flow of this canal. My suggestion is govt. Should first think about the disposal of this plastics. They can recycle these and use it as to make roads and other stuffs through tenders as it's happening in India to make roads and express ways. Otherwise I don't see any kind of fruitful result just moving them one side to another. Love from brother country INDIA..

Govt. itself or any other dept. related to this matter can solve the issue. Bt I think as seen in the video higher authorities should banned plastic forcefully to safeguard the environment. But most important thing is to bring awareness among the people about the harmful side of plastics.
