Hi Thanks for reaching out. Please check the checklist imm5533 form for the documents and proofs section and identify which are mandetory in your case. I had one question though - Can you point out which mandatory documents mentioned in the supporting documents section in the portal apply to sponsor or the PA? Eg - do both me and my husband need to submit our respective "Passport and Travel documents"? Thanks !

Hello, thanks for watching. To know about the required documents, Please follow the checklist document IMM5533. I also have a video on my channel about this form where I have discussed all the required documents, and what forms need to be filled. Applicants passport is mandatory, however, it may also require for the sponsor as well as part of the travel history document, so I would suggest you to follow the document checklist IMM5533. i do not agree with u that we must use the sponsor as representative as well, its useless practice. otherwise sponsor can handle the application without any issue, by saying NO REPRESENTATIVE.

Well, this is up to the applicant whom they want to choose a representative. Having the sponsor (partner) as sponsorship is beneficial. IRCC asks for physical address of the applicant for any correspondance, but its difficult to send anything outside of canada. if you choose the sponsor as your rep, ircc will send the correspondance to sponsor's address which is obviously in canada. I know this is rare to receive something offline from ircc, but that was the reason i and other choose sponsor as rep. we or anyone else never had any issue with this. hope this helps. please like share and subscribe. :)

I guess we can not upload multiple documents under the other documents. All option are available for one single time uploading???

You can upload the documents one by one, or you can merge the different pages to create a single document and then upload. Like one document for all education, similarly one doc for all travel history, etc Hope this is helpful. Please like share and subscribe:)

Yes same question ! It keeps on saying in progress for the digital forms the,all four! I can’t proceed with application because the submit button is not enabled! Have you resolved this issue?! Please I’m very desperate at this moment as I want to submit my application 😢

@@chill1780 I’ve spoken to others who have the same issue with the in progress, one told me that they spoke to the IRCC and said they are aware of the problem and trying to fix it. They also said to send a webforme, so the more ppl will send one , they will be obliged to fix it.

Hi Canada Dreamers, I have a question regarding additional supporting documents and how to label them. I mean for marriage certificates we can just write marriage certificates that's it or do we have to include something else as well same for other documents like proof of funds, or a notice of assessment. Hel, thanks for watching. Keep it simple. If it is marriage certificate, then write lastname - firstname - marriage certificate. Same for others. Hope this helps. 😊

AIP- PR application Nov 10, 2022- Endorsement Approved Dec 01, 2022- Upfront Medical Jan 6, 2023- PR submitted Feb 2, 2023- AOR Feb 7, 2023- Biometric Request/Biometric Done March 2,2023- ADR received March 6, 2023- ADR submitted & IRCC acknwldge. Waiting for review now.. . . Suddenly, my employer want me to apply WP. WP will take around 4months now. My PR is on review stage, do you think i should push through the WP app or wait patiently with my PR app.?? Thanks

Hello, thanks for reaching out. unfortunately I am not sure on this. WP takes time, so does the PR process. But it seems that you may receive PR within 4 months. All depends on IRCC. 🤞

Hello, thanks for watching. PCC is one of the most important document. If you can wait then please do so. I have heard people talks about submitting the receipt and pcc later, but i dont know how it worked out for them. Hope this helps.

Hello, yes you need a certified translated copy of your birth certificate. Birth certificate is only required for the Principal applicant not the sponsor. I am not sure from where to get it.

Nahi, no problem in that. Just mention in your letter of explanation about this. Make sure you be consistent with all the information you are filling. If there is any discrepancy, mention that in letter of explanation with supporting documents if needed. Thanks

@@syedmaqsood7866at this point nope sadly. I was thinking it could be due to a technical issue. I remember one of the forms before being in progress and it took a couple of days to change from in progress to ready to submit. I’m just waiting patiently now and I hope IRCC can fix it somehow. I’ve been having this delay since Friday so two days, I really hope it gets resolved soon.

I rechecked all the forms as I was afraid it could be a mistake I had made while filling them , but we’re non existent! So I’m praying that it resolves on it’s own , right now I have no idea what to do I’ve run out of options 😢😢

@@syedmaqsood7866 i had the same issue, i just put N/A for all fields/boxes, those were not applicable in my case, like all the boxes, such as a "PO box" with no empty boxes.
