GD once said to his staff, while sitting on the ground designing something, that he gave Seungri many killer parts (like bridges). Probably because Seungri has an angelic voice which I think is underrated. As far as using a low voice, you can hear it in Fantastic Baby but I found that in live performances he struggles maintaining that steady low voice so he switches it up. At the Japan concert you can hear T.O.P’s voice while Seungri harmonizes with it. For many years I felt The Beatles John, Paul and George harmonizing together couldn’t be beaten until I heard BIGBANG.

That's funny, I thought the same about Seungri when he sings FB live but I think in the studio version they use auto-tune for Seungri parts to change up the tempo/song.

Yes, what a beautiful melody~ GD's genius composition, and BigBang's perfect singing. In the interview, GD said that this song will be written soon, it should be his own emotions, and I really want to hear new songs written by him.😢

I believe the first one was the special event FM in Japan in 2017 after TOP enlisted. They sang in Japanese, and the 2nd one they sang in Korean. I remember when I first listened to If You. I was like OMG, TOP is singing, and I love his voice -> Oh, Seungri’s voice so sweet -> Orange hair GD insight & I’m in love with him & his voice -> And then Daesung’s soulful voice hits me hard -> Taeyang also sang beautifully as usual. Then their harmonies highlight each other. Love Seungri & TOP’s amazing harmony and GD’s ending note… The whole song is just so beautiful & emotional. 😭❤️‍🩹❤️‍🔥

Big Bang learnt to sing their songs in different languages - especially if they were doing a concert in Asia. The first song is in Bangkok, and TOP was already in the military. The 2nd song on this reaction was in Korea when TOP was still with the group. Each time the sing a song LIve its always slightly different. But still so powerful and so good. Thanks

The 1st stage was their fanmeeting in japan, so they sang in japanese....unfortunately Top wasn't there becoz he was busy filming....usually fans listen to their MADE concert in bangkok that's why it got 50m views 😂

I Love they have a Japanese and the Korean version, they both sound so good, I love all there part's in this song, both taeyang and deasung are amazing so amazing. they do stand out to me too, do does gd but it always does to me haha.. BigBang really have incredible ballads. I think a lot of people come into BB from Bang Bang Bang and Fantastic Baby and assume that’s what all of their songs will be like. But the reality is they began in 2006 and had a long career and progressed musically and grew their talent. They also had excellent producers who were able to make the most of their talents. If you is one of my favorites and the live Bangkok version is the best I think. It’s truly beautiful. Taeyong literally looks like a man among boys when he first appears. LOL. I kind of laughed when I watched your reaction you love GD in an girl crush way, but I think when you saw TY you had a very different reaction. Hahaha. 😂

@@JLALALALA well, I was trying to go in chronological order...then I went out of order...then one thing led to the next with my subs giving me suggestions on what to watch next. So I'm doing a bit a both! 😁 What my viewers suggest, and what I wanna do too! I also like the spontaneity and surprise factor when I watch something I didn't plan to watch (either it was for later or didn't know of it) and it ending up blowing my mind. It happened so many times and makes me so happy, excited, and grateful for you guys. I trust my subs because they seem to really know what I'll love and why. 🤭 It might be slow but that's the whole point, it's a journey and in a way, reliving a VIPs experience with BB that I missed! 😭 I'm glad you like it that I'm taking my time as well. You don't wanna rush a good thing. You wanna enjoy each moment to the fullest. 🫶🏼

I’ve been an avid follower of theirs for a few years (I just can’t bring myself to say “Stan” knowing where that came from and it keeps bringing memories of the Eminem video to my head every time 🤣), and have tried to get as much information as I can find on their history without spending too much of my time on it since there are other groups that I also love like 2NE1 and Mamamoo. They seem to have charted a course unusual for S. Korean artists and you can see it in their progression of early songs and videos. The ones sung with more English and even filmed in America. Then there was their Japan period where they started at the bottom and built themselves up to the top there. I give them huge props for what they achieved against huge odds. Even with all of their talent, failure was still the more likely path.

And he said in the 2017 documentary: "There are a lot of songs written before, but they just haven't been released". This is true, because at the 2013 MAMA Awards Ceremony, he sang , but the arrangement used for the prelude of this song was released in 2015. In 2013, no one knew that there was a song to be released in 2015. So this man is very mysterious and worth looking forward to. Yes,this year he must comeback.Waiting for him together.
