Unrehearsed family fun jam. First recording of new Viscount Legend. An amazing instrument. Unfortunately not a great (unbalanced) recording. Better recordings to follow.

Love your video, Chuck! I wonder what the kids did with the big Legend boxes?
@MrTreppeda7 жыл бұрын
Thank you! The kids built a Tardis with the boxes. Funny... it looks much bigger on the inside.
@LokaleKrefter7 жыл бұрын
The box is huge and a Tardis is a cool thing to have. I can get lost in time and space when I play the Legend.

I have a B3 with 2 122RV Leslies attached and I'm actually enjoying the Viscount more right now. I'd like to hear the Legend through one of my Leslies but they have the older 9pin connectors.

Jackie, this is the Viscount 25 note midi pedal board. they also offer an 18 note version. They're very well made, comfortable to play and much less expensive then those from Hammond. They are a few inches shorter then those on a B3 and for those who play a lot of pedals you may have to adjust your style a bit. I'm still making that adjustment. Thank you for the compliment.

love your playing... question: When transposing do you lose notes on the keyboard depending on how many half notes up or down?? I know the old Keyb did.
@MrTreppeda7 жыл бұрын
David, unfortunately yes. Transposing up you lose the top notes and down, the bottom rendering the bass bass pedals basically unusable. It's still an outstanding instrument. Thank you for the compliment.

I love the simplicity of your playing. Can you tell me where you purchased the bench you are sitting on
@MrTreppeda4 жыл бұрын
I'm sorry James, I just saw your comment. The bench came with an old B3 I bought many many years ago. That particular B3 is long gone but I'll never get rid of that bench. It's the most comfortable seat you could ever use with an organ, especially if you play bass pedals. The seat swivels so it moves with you as you play up and down the pedal board.

Is that the internal sim or the vent?
@MrTreppeda7 жыл бұрын
That's the internal sim. The organ is recorded direct. One mic on the drums another for vocal. Room playback is through 4 PA speakers
