Omg thank u so much I’m literally crying, the first one I bought literally fried which I was confused why but now I think it’s because I didn’t do the lifting the tank up and down 6 times. On my new one that’s all that changed and it literally works. Now I gotta convince everyone that I didn’t buy a new machine and that I just fixed the old one😂

The Cold K-Cups have more coffee in them 12 grams vs 8-10 grams in a standard one. So you can use them to make a 10 ounce hot coffee.

A lot of people can't get this thing to work so I'm going to make it simple. Plug the machine in and make sure the water container is filled on the side. Then pick up the place to put the pod in, shut the lid to the pod and at this point all lights should light up on the machine. At this point you can make your selection always use the bottom button when making iced coffee, sadly my son had to come over to show me how to make coffee I was messing with the machine all day and couldn't get it to work so for those who are stupid like me I hope this helps...😂

Its my favorite Kuerig (so far!!), ive ditched (not really got rid of just packed away) 2 of my other models, as this can do hot and cold drinks. I like using regular coffee pods to make the ice coffee vs using the Iced Pods but they are good as well (just wish the ice pods had different or more flavors). Im addicted to coffee, hot or cold. If anyone else likes coffee both ways, this is the machine for them!!! Make sure the reservoir is all the way in/down or it will not work. DO NOT PUT HOT WATER IN THE RESERVOIR!!! People have broken them that way. Kuerig does all the work for you!!! And many pods can be found at great prices now compared to in the past. Those worried about plastic and aluminum, they make pods that are filters too that work with this device. It pretty much can use any type of coffee pod :) (as far as ive tried). Nice video!!!! Thanks for posting this. I just purchased this exact model. I was a little disappointed that it doesn't brew the 12 oz hot, but for the price the iced coffee feature greatly offsets it. Worse case scenario, you can always add a couple more ounces of hot water to stretch a hot cup. Hope your coffee pot is serving you well!

​@@bestestnana939the button in the top, is that the "power" button our instructions are talking about? I was trying to set it for high altitude, thinking that it would help my coffee maker work? As it tells me to hold the power button and 10 oz button for 3 seconds and the 12 oz button will illuminate, to confirm that the High Altitude brewing mode has been enabled. As there's not a 12-oz button to illuminate??🤔🤷‍♀️

Don’t know if you’ll read this: Supposedly the ones marked for made over ice are more concentrated for the ice coffee option. But you still can use regular k-cups in that mode too. We used one that was made for ice coffee and a French Vanilla Cappuccino flavour not marked for it. Both still tasted good, though my younger sibling does prefer the French Vanilla Cappuccino for not being as bitter. As for the price, recently here in Canada, Walmart has them marked at 49.97$ CAD which comes to 36.36 USD before taxes. Which is a pretty nice deal if US stores can get it at that price. (Though when checking for their price in US, they’re on sale for 59$, and that becomes about 81$ CAD. So I can see someone being hesitant to buy it.)
