The USB ports on the back are for plugging in an external controller. Combine that with the HDMI out and it works like a video game console for these 2 games. Mine arrived tomorrow and I’ll have to check that side of the control panel-the Frenzy cab is the first of the “Survivor Series” that is intentionally weathered and distressed to look like a old arcade machine that has some war wounds, so the wiggly side panel may not be a quality issue but an intended feature. (They LOVE sneaking in little surprise Easter eggs like that)

Yeah I put the comment in after making the video. I had a last minute thought that it might be intentional. Please let me know the state yours arrives in, I'm curious to know.

@@TheBrister123 Mine didn’t have that “feature”, but apparently also got damaged in shipping. I pre-ordered the combo but due to the shipping damage, Berzerk never booted and the controls on Frenzy stopped working correctly. Replacement Berzerk arrived last week, and Frenzy arrived today… Looking and working perfectly!

never played much frenzy i'm not a fan of this 'overhaul survivor series' worn cabinet look. good question, i'd also like to know, was that side panel suppose to be loose? if it weren't for this new series, overall this looks beautiful and i'd actually pick one up

PCB, PCB. Printed circuit board. I wonder if New Wave Toys could somehow leverage this design to make a generic cabinet able to play multiple boards down the road.

I like it. Maybe they'll make a NEO GEO cabinet with removable cartridges?

That kind of exists in the form of the GRS Build-A-Cade. They have announced there is a collaboration between GRS and NWT coming soon, and although most people are guessing it’s a larger scale cab, something along the lines of a multicade/candycab is another possibility.
