Thank you ou for sharing your story . Hope it gets out of your system soon. How about zepbound? Keep moving forward you can do it! I know it’s hard …. Trust me but slow and healthy is better . Have a blessed weekend

My understanding is the zepbound and ozempic are the same. What I don't understand is why are the dosages of zepbound higher than ozempic? Thanks so much for watching!

Lady Low Carb Queen, NO more Ozempic for you ! Glad you are feeling better ! My two cents : you are not drinking enough water each day ( about a gallon), and not getting enough protein each day and not getting enough Steps each day. Your low carb journey is your tried and true results ! God's continued best health to you always !

You are so right! I need to drink a lot more water! Thanks for your support. Now that I'm back at work, I'm doing about 5k to 6k steps a day. I'm going to work on the protein as well. I honestly do appreciate you!

I’m on Wegovy. It’s the same med as Ozempic. Constipation and nausea were my only side effects. Nausea because I was doing IF the day after my injection on the highest dose. I learned not to do it the day after my injection. I didn’t have anymore nausea.

This is true. But because it makes you feel full longer, once that feeling goes away, you really do have to be disciplined not to over eat. You seem to have gotten your exercise routine and calorie routine down packed, so I'm sure you'll be fine with no turning back. Also, have you heard of the possibility of people being on it for a lifetime?
