It's good to see what choices others make. I'll keep the wheel diameters at 21" to keep good fuel economy and top end speed (larger tires increase the gear ratio and prevent the engine from max RPM). I'll keep the 12" rims to have as much sidewall as possible to soften the ride. Think it through and often the best solution is what the engineers originally specified. Going with Yokohama Super Digger II tires for good on & off road performance.

I've just noticed the sizes are wrong at the end for the Steelies. They're 16". Only took me 4 months to notice 🙃

One more thing if you don't mind, what's the width of the wheel? The factory options are 12-inch wheels: 4.5Jx12 or 5Jx12 or 13-inch wheels: 4.5Jx13 or 5Jx13. I've found sleelies with width of 6J. Not sure if they fit. Will appreciate your opinion.

​@Kosta Du all depends on the offset. You can make anything fit as long as it clears brakes, springs and bodywork.

I have the exact same BBS wheels on my 1995 Honda ACTY Van. Did you have to change out the wheel studs? I noticed my BBS wheels wouldn't allow the stock studs to stick out enough so the lug nuts can thread onto them.

I haven't mate no. There's around 20mm showing through the wheel, but I'd need another 7mm to fully fill the nut.

Did you happen to sovle the this? Recently got a hijet and found some BBS's as well. But the lugs barely fit...

@@bondycheung5536The best option is to add a wheel spacer. It’ll have longer studs and I was able to thread the lug nuts onto the studs. Problem solved.

have some bbs for my truck but only tire option shops gave me were 185+ and the fronts rub, wondering if the 175 rub at all?
