The Harbor Bar was where many English and Irish students/workers hung out in the early/mid-90s. To say it was fun is an understatement. 😊

Back in the late 70’s. Harbor Inn was my favorite place to go too. Great rock music. No Disco.

Another place for the blue collar Delco/South Phila/Bridesburg visitors. Plenty of Bud Light and Fighting Irish calf tattoos

Love to see a renaissance of the Wildwoods but the sad part it has become so extremely expensive to stay anymore.

you are right on that. Things everywhere have become expensive. :-(

even with less bars than a few years ago, it doesn't mean we need ANOTHER bar, especially ANOTHER one with a country theme.

When we were down earlier this summer, the Tiki Bar was very underwhelming… doesn’t this look like what they just demolished by the Shamrock?

I hope they keep Wildwood Crest Dry. That's why I always stay at the crest when I come with my family. I'm actually in the crest right now. Right on the beach with my feet in the ocean! LOL

Sounds like Wildwood is forming an identity crisis. We already have Honky Tonk, is this necessary? Is Wildwood trying to get the clientele from the Barefoot Country Music Festival to return throughout the summer? I was ecstatic at the opening of the tiki themed bar The Point. But pretty disappointed that their drinks were not traditional tiki drinks and their choice of music was classic rock. Wildwood needs something more relaxed that caters to all types of music. Unless you’re trying to be the Tennessee of NJ - then go for it.

the Barefoot Country Music Festival looks to be staying from what I hear until 2030. I assume businesses want to cater to that since it does bring in a ton of money and people who usually wouldn't come here.

Country western music sucks! Wildwood is the true birthplace of Rock, not Cleveland. Always thought it would be cool to have Rock inspired motels. Like a Led Zeppelin or AC DC motel with all memorabilia

We don't need another bar smh why they can't build a roller skate or ice skating ring or sneaker store or something for the kids, God bless 🙏🏾

I’m still upset the they demolished Shipwreck mini golf for a Walgreens. There was a CVS next door already!
