Does anyone know if this will be the same setup for a Lenovo V14 laptop with windows 10/ windows 11 setup? Also if setup the laptop with a new create account on the blue page for Microsoft account can you change that later after finish setup with new account by going back later somehow without possibly resetting the whole laptop such as a factory reset etc.? As I am completely new and using my Lenovo V14 laptop for 1st time originally had a Toshiba L850 pro with windows 7/ Windows 8.1 in the past. Thank you, Tom.
