I've been using Nuke for some time now, and going back to After Effects without the Tab functions to quicly create effects is just frustrating. Thank you for adding this feature inside of AE, it's a game changer for my workflow! BTW it would be nice to see you doing something related to Nuke in the future since not many people know about it, and there's a very strong presence of it in the industry. Thanks again!

This is so so helpful, damn. Thanks! One feature I'd love for the a future version is an option to export or even better, syncronize it, with other workstations so you could keep your workflow the same no matter where you work. My problem now is that I have three different workstations I work at.

Hi Andrew, thank you for this! I would like to make a suggestion for the upcoming version of FX Console: Ability to record a set of actions (like actions in Photoshop) and then "recall" them. E.g. recall an action that creates a new layer with E3D applied, camera and lights. Another example would be to recall a colour correction rig that creates a bunch of adjustment layers with CC plugins already applied. Sort of like rigging ... Hope others will find this useful too. Again, thanks for the wonderful tool Andrew :)

Excellent plugin, Andrew, thank you! One question: Do the favourites and other settings sync between machines? I regularly switch between my laptop and PC, and it would be seriously good if it synced with the rest of my AE settings. Cheers. p.s. Ever thought of doing stand-up? There's some subtle dry wit from time to time that's very welcome this side of the pond. (There are also some cheesy groaners on occasion, but they're easy to forgive when the upshot of it all is Element 3D and all the cool free stuff you give us.) :D

great great tool! just an idea i got while watching, if you can allow a small caption to be written once snapshot is taken (may be another button like 'snapshot with info' or something), then that will be of great use while comparing multiple snapshots inside that window. i can write down which effects i have switched on or off or what changes i have made, while i see that comparison or show it to my client or boss. would be quite helpful i guess.
