12:28 stuttered to death here lol biggest benefit from Oblivion are 1. Grants empower to allies inside your oblivion 2. Weakens targets that are hit inside of your oblivion 3. Grants stamina Regen to allies inside oblivion 4. If you have the weapon perks, nullifying oblivion, it will strip enemy players of their time based buffs (temporary fortify/empower/leeching/ect).
