Do you know how the +5 Healing on Pristine Cut Emerald applies? Out going healing only? Life Stealing/Trenchant Recovery? Can't seem to get clear results from my self testing

+5% healing to targets under 50% health. Did some tests, doesn't seem to do much at all tbh.

Depends on your build. Jasper is really good but currently bugged if you put it in a runeglass. I would suggest emerald for a lot of builds.
