yes, I have shirking heals but no ankh yet still hah I made a build guide video last night if u want to see exactly what I have

I use my same build for pvp and mutations to farm artifacts, I don't do much pve other than that haha I did make a 300str 300con grit spear build I'm experimenting with, that'll be much easier to use in pve just a little slower

how can you tank so much dmg and not die ? :O all the time i play i die like instantly

couple things stack up. fortifying perforate perk on the spear gives you more armor than a heavy player, shirking heals, leeching cyclone, healing heart earring, and leeching/lifestealing haha this was before I started using blooddrinker all the time because it didn't feel great in arenas
