As requested here is my current iteration of my solo pve build, it isn't perfect yet, I still am working on slowly upping my damage to a point where I can't afford to sacrifice any more survivability. But I have had so many requests from people wanting it, I figured you could enjoy the journey with me, and play it as it is now, and tweak it as I do in future installments! I hope it helps!

Hey, nice video ! Just to share, I used to play like this since a long time, i just build stats differently : Full str / 150 dex / 5 or 50 or 100 con (which scale SnS + GS) if you are pro or not ;) But high damages = more scaling leech. And i keep relentless / leap on GS and SnS for the mobility. - Heavy tempeous set for corrupted - Heavy Chardis set for ancient - 2 perks heavy sets for everthing else. I use Trenchant recovery GS + Leeching ring, used the t6 leeching gems on armor but it was bugged so this is garbage. This is really nice for new players and if they have some trouble to find some players to do chest runs, breaches and so on :)

Hello I have been watching your video on soloing pve. Where can I get gear like yours in the build and do you swap and change gems for diff mods or do you keep the ones you got?

As a long-time great-axe user, fully upgraded reap makes you a self-heal beast without any heal perks and maelstrom has great group clear. Pair that with defence to survive for the few extra seconds for reap to come back on. Haven't done precise testing, but having fully upgraded reap means that last hit that does 145% dmg, heals for 30% of dmg dealt. That can hit 3-4 enemies at once and you can ideally heal for ~4k without accounting for leech perks, or the "heal 10% of damage from crits". I have 1 leech perk from ring, GA with vicious,keen, refreshing, and can get almost 80% of my 13k hp pool back every ~10s with it. Without it GA still has decent heals from crits, and I had decent survivability without reap. Though I'm sure the damage isn't as high as GS. I don't like that weapon, and prefer GA over anything. 1v1 against a massive mob requires concentration, 1vX is laughably easy. You can pair this with almost any perks, you can use fortifying whirlwind for the lols, more leech, whatever, but keen is where it's at. Alright that was me selling GA, do try many weapons to find you own favourite! As always, thanks for the video!

I've logged back today to see how the nerf hit my boy, and damn it hurts. I used to face tank 5 to 7 mobs at once in Heliopolis with no problem, and now even three at once seems to cause trouble. My warhammer failed me, it's nowhere near strong enough for this now. I'll give another try for maining Great Sword instead as you advice.

After doing some testing tonight, GS is the new WH. It's quite incredible. And your build works very well. I would say that 300 con is mandatory, even if I was in doubt that 300 str 200 con would work well too. Maybe I'll make more testing about this last point, but grit on skills with 300 con is really a plus.

Hi. Why not go for trenchant recovery + attunement instead of bane? That way you have universal one. (and some bonus if you hit mob weakness)

I like the 300 str 200 con same build . But yeah I prob can't solo as high a boss as that . But I love the hard hitting and good survivability . Does anyone know the crit chance cap ? . I'm a new player at level 39 & have to solo bosses as there are no players this low to help early in the day, nobody responds to me needing help in chat either. I've been struggling & trying to figure out weapon & gear to help in this process. Any advice on this at lower levels?

All gear now is focus and drops are for mages 🧙‍♀️ fire 🔥 and ice, but there’s not a lot of strength and Dex gear unless you craft it yourself, im a casual player and I’m not near 200 crafting gear. What can us casual players do ? I do my dailies every day but still struggling with pvp gear for OPRs

I can give you two that work. First three in Rending Throw and Exploitation for the Throwing side. Berserker tree: Everything but Feral Rush and Desperate Refresh. Another option is full Berserker side. The first is good for the debuff, heal, and for pulling targets.

The only secondary you should ever carry is a spear with Enfeebling Skewer for the massive 44% Weaken, or in other words 44% Damage Reduction against Bosses. With the Fortify nerfs, this is by far the best way to never die when doing these Solo Farms. As the Skewer DoT lasts 15s, it is also a great tool to generate a lot of ticks for your Heartrune in longer fights.

Enfebling Skewer is shit for this build, it doesnt need more survavibility as shown on vid you can survive easily. You need try to add damage to this build if possible to kill solo bosses faster. I wonder if Void Gauntlet as 2nd weapon and casting Empower circle to boost damage from time to time would work.

pretty much, the two perks are the most important thing that puts the build together, you'll want to get a Greatsword with either str or Con, but its not entirely necessary

TBh I run 400 dex bow/sns with jagged perk. Haven't had a single issue.

trenchant recovery on my 2h , thats more than enough leeching than you will ever need, it isn't what it was, but still very effective

I'm pretty sure this video coming out jacked up the prices. I ended up putting in buy orders for 500-1000 per piece. It took about a week for them to fill. So if you're patient you can still get them at a decent price.

It's gonna be a heavy gear with ward and trenchant recovery with bane without watching the video. Also, skyward slash atleast with 1 point is important if you want to have an easier time killing stuff.

Actually the corrupt set i made right before the video and was mostly 600, and getting 620 takes 3-4 days from 60 , its a misconception it is hard

Greatsword with the overhead heal and some defiance stance seemed to solo just fine and kill a lot faster I'd say tweak the con, strength What's difference between 200 con and 300.strength? I never saw you drop below 4K health Definitely didn't feel optimal compared to other solo survival builds. This has too much survival and too little DPS . I like the sword and board though , spear for CC also works to mitigate damage .

if you drop below 300 con now you lose grit, you will just get bounced all over, and there are more optimal and advanced builds I use to solo, wich are more dodging around hitting dodging, this isnt that :) this is for newer 60's, but it will be much better once i incorporate spear

I had perfect solo builds pre season 1, but the issue after it dropped was AGS attempt to make soling impossible.. thats what we are up against, those changes..most solo builds you will find now wont work

@@jgibbs6159 nope 300 strength gives grit and a crap load more damage. You can get by with 200 Con no issue . Use skills , know when to block, CC on secondary. This guy is just toe to toe hacking, no dodge, no cc on adds. Misses the heal on crosscut You definitely do not need 300 con

@@5HeadSurvivalGaming eh when did that change? I'm playing season 1 and was still trucking 300 strength, only issue was the new caster boss that can stun you and hold you in place. Maybe the heavy attack gets grit from a skill? I've not died and am stil getting grit animation with a greatsword.
