Also it would be interesting because this build maybe can be emulated with sns. Same spear setup but sns with leaping strike as felche and bash as riposte

I kind of swore off value kick because after a certain amount of freedom it dosnt grant any follow ups. But watching you use it makes me reconsider. It's seems to really help carry you foward momentum when you chasing someone down. The skill setup in general seems to be less about combos form knockdowns but getting as many hit on a target as possible in a short amount of time. While being able to cover crazy distance.

Do you think sns would pair just as well? Seems to me like rapier is the go to for the 1-x potential with the evading and counters available. Been using sns and it’s easy to 1v1 but I seem to get caught when 1vxing people as leaping strikes doesn’t go through people for the evade. If I’m surrounded I’m f’d.

Sns pairs very well with spear. It may not be as capable as rapier for 1 v X but imo its superior to rapier in 1v1s

Are you able to pull something similar off after the patch? I feel like I get melted even in 1v2 vs pretty bad opponents. Just no windows of opportunity to damage someone down and survive the others piling on me.

It is wildly more difficult to pull off a 1v4 + post patch against good players. 1 v 2 and 1 v 3 are still somewhat reasonable. I will be making a new montage and all clips will be post patch. I have been running: vault + sweep + skewer (good against light armor meta and killing healers) and if you want to sit more front line / be in clumps Skewer + sweep + perforate is really good.

@@xKrazed thanks! I found myself somewhat successful with fortifying perforate on spear (Perf/Vic/KJ), but I never did the math on it. Might as well be a placebo with how overnerfed fortify is. Kick/Jav/Skewer for easier peels when I'm in a duo.
