Cool video, thanks for the upload. I liked the FC13 a lot that I ended up with the XHP 50.2 and the SFT40 version! 🙂 In my opinion, the FC13s should really be compared to the FC13 with the XHP50.2 emitter, not the SFT40. The SFT40's beam is the narrow and throwy kind and its 6500K color temp is too cool (6000K would be a lot better) and is a stark contrast against the FC13's 5000K temp. I'm curious to see how the non Anduril FC13s' XHP50.2, 2500 lumen flashlight squares off with the FC13's XHP50.2 3400 lumen flooder. They both use the same emitter but have differing claimed output ratings.

I have that light. It's pretty good. Definitely comes up short on range but anything up to 100 yards will be lit up pretty good.

I still like the FC13 a bit better for around the house especially with it’s RHB light on the switch as it helps me find the light and switch in the dark when needed and as I showed in the FC13s video I just twist the light a bit to disengage the battery when I don’t want the RGB light on! The whole Anduril thing makes no sense. They all ship out with the simple interface. Most people from what I read don’t like strobes which isn’t accessible from the simple UI of Anduril. Just because it has it doesn’t mean it has to be used. The simple Anduril UI is better than this UI. I just received my fc13s that I bought for $17. I really like it but the UI is noticeably slower. And Anduril’s double click and hold to step down is way nicer than a whole cycle. Thanks for the review.
