You can easily just get the Series X then but almost everyone buys digital. Physical discs are just installers and ghost keys, that's it. It doesn't spin to play like the old days.

As games advance the limitation of disks become more apparent as they are too slow and limited in capacity. We are already starting to something similar happen to hdds as devs are ending supporting/testing for them, even starfield runs terribly on a hdd

The issue is games are getting to a point where they can't fit on discs anymore. 50 gigs is the max for gaming discs, and unless they change that, discs will be a thing of the past sooner rather than later.

I hope Sebile will be compatible with the current Series X. That would be pretty cool. Im happy with the shape of the 2020 edition, honestly. And I love the disc drive. But, a controller gyro would amazing for this. The PS5 controller is pretty nice, so for Xbox to do something similar would be excellent. Or even better, do an Xbox Elite Series 3 remote, that would be the series 2 one but with sensors to tell when it is picked up or moved around. I'm basically thinking how psvr reacts to the controller.

This isn't 2007 when disk drives was a thing back then. I never did like disk drives only the fact they stop working after using them too often. Going all digital is better because of game pass, deals, sales on games online. At least you don't have to worry about a disc cracking or scratching.
