BCMY has more control over registers than CMYK, but the color sharpness will be denser in CMYK

A single color press isn't a challenge! Try 9 more units at one time! I ran a 10 color press int he 90s glad I'm retired don't have to listen to crybabies anymore!!

Hello can you please explain to me how I can do both sided or (duplex ) with Heidelberg QM46-2

The QM46 has 2 plate cyclinders with one blanket..... for ink trapping , determine which unit hits the blanket first .... Put black in that unit , cyan in the other....... same with Mag , and yellow last ! Try this it should work .

@@borabsaltd4506 , I am sorry, I can’t video it as I have retired from printing and the shop I worked in for the last 14 years has closed its business. You might not be able to run really tight work with reverses ........ I am not 100% sure about the register of the QM46 . If it has good tight register you will be able to. Do some test runs . I learned printing on single color presses, then two color presses and recommend BCMY ink order for trapping unless you are running metallics...... metallics print down first as they are very opaque. The last 20 plus years I was running 4 and 6 color Heidelberg MOVPH and 640 PP +L so trapping was very easy. I used to run process on a Ryobi 3302M with great success...hope this helps

The MO was born! It's a big GTO that's all. The only thing wrong with MOs was ink coverage. It couldn't hold open big solids. Until they changed the ink forms from GTO size to bigger circumference which solved this problem.
