Thanks! I'm flattered that you hear those influences! I loved both Bloomfield and Buchanan, and was lucky enough to actually see Roy play in a bar, in either 1979 or 1980, in Albany, New York. I also saw Duane Allman with the Allman Brothers, when they opened for the Grateful Dead, the original Fleetwood Mac with Peter Green, the Jeff Beck Group with Rod Stewart and Ronnie Wood,, and Albert King, all at the Fillmore East. I grew up in upstate New York and was very young when I went to the Fillmore East, but it made a big impression on me. I also saw Hendrix twice!
