You know what I love?! My two oldest daughters (ages 8 & 9) wanted to work out with me this morning. I knew without previewing that I could turn NML on and have complete peace that what they'll hear is wholesome and uplifting. What I didn't expect was the direct reference to Scripture and we were pumped about that!! My girls go, "Lindsay is a Christian, too?!" 😁 I had already suspected from other references in your other videos and from things on your website, but for my girls to hear that just made all of us love you guys even more! I’m a day ahead, had to modify the schedule to suit my work schedule. Ill be honest, I did NOT want to show up and workout today. I could hear Lindsay in my head telling me “ self confidence comes from doing what you said you were going to do.” and things like “ you can do ANYTHING for 20 minutes.” So i showed up, did the Day 5 as planned and did the day 5 burnout as planned. At 2:30 pm on this day last year I just had given birth to my daughter. Today is her first birthday and I just completed the workout. I was strong to push her out because of doing your workouts consistently. Today I am continuing to work on re-strengthening my body a year postpartum. Looking at the number on a scale has always been discouraging and you have taught me to focus on strength and getting stronger. Thank you for walking alongside me on this journey! This is my second time going through this program. I needed that Aaron and Hur reference right at that moment. I could barely lift my left dumbbell in the V sit Arnold press but I did it!! Oh my gosh!! I came back at the end of the workout to say, I did all of the pushups on my toes!! I’m noticing much more definition in my arms too. Happy tears over here!

Thanks to nearly three years of NML, buying dog food is my favorite every day strength move. I love going to Tractor Supply, moseying right by the carts, and grabbing that 40 lb bag at the back of the store and taking it to checkout. The whole thing is so gratuitous and unnecessary, but it makes me feel like a beast!
