I absolutely agree with you about the end of the year being a time to reflect! I feel like I’ve made a lot of careless mistakes that affected my grades and I feel like my expectations or my “resolutions” from earlier last year were ways too unachievable and unrealistic. Rachel, you should look into Hawaiin Spirulina - personally, I use the Nutrex brand. I put it in my green smoothie every day. I live in LA and I've been coughed on and sneezed on many times over the past flu season and so far I haven't been sick. Also, happy new year!
